The local Chico Chamber of Commerce is strong, with over 1100 business members currently networking products and services locally, and a management staff that is quite professional, as well as creative in getting businesses together. Although their goal is to support all area businesses, there are many advantages to joining a local Chamber including: many networking opportunities that can assist any business with the right representative on the floor, increased confidence in products of services, and overall increased local recognition through Chamber member listings, websites, and affordable advertising opportunities.
The first chambers of commerce were founded around 1600 in Marseille, France and Brugge, Belgium. The oldest Chamber in the English speaking world with continuous records is said to be the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce in Scotland, founded in 1783. Currently the largest Chamber of Commerce is the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry with over 300,000 members.
Chambers do not operate in the same manner as the Better Business Bureau in that, while the BBB has the authority to bind its members under a formal operations doctrine (and, thus, can remove them if complaints arise regarding their services), the local chamber membership is strictly voluntary for a fee. In addition, Chambers represent the interests of all businesses, while the BBB represents the interests of the general public.
Basically every city and town in America has a Chamber of Commerce these days, so the success of networking locally is evident. Especially in these times when businesses are striving to maximize the return on investment in everything they do, ID International is now there for Chico Chamber of Commerce members providing superior brand leadership and creative design solutions.
Branding Agency ID International, LLC is proud to announce that by popular demand they have joined the Butte Business Network (BBN) in Chico, California. You can review many Brand and Logo Showcases on their corporate website.
There is typically a wide variety of business networking groups in every US town these days, and as businesses strive harder to compete in ever increasingly impacted and competitive markets, these types of groups only seem to be getting more popular. As an alternative to the local Chamber of Commerce or to other perhaps more aggressive business networking communities, the Butte Business Network has done an amazing job at keeping it truly local, low key and friendly, while remaining rewarding for all businesses involved. Other local members include: Picture Plus, Covenant Mortgage, The Flower Market, The Telephone Man, and many other popular local businesses.
As ID International now occupies the only available slot for a creative firm in this local branch of the Network, the designers and consultants at ID International are immediately interested in assisting the organization itself with branded print and web media, and is currently making the effort to assist the management to establish realistic goals and motivation for significant forward action towards enhanced success for all members. This dramatically furthers the company's current goals of uplifting local businesses to work together in order to enhance our local communities.
Local business networking groups do not operate in the same manner as the Better Business Bureau in that, while the BBB has the authority to bind its members under a formal operations doctrine (and, thus, can remove them if complaints arise regarding their services), local business network membership is strictly voluntary for a fee. Especially in these times when businesses are striving to maximize the return on investment in everything they do, ID International is now there for Butte Business Network members, providing superior brand leadership and creative design solutions.
Branding Agency ID International, LLC announced yesterday the launch of their new re-branded corporate website. Senior Web Architect Alex Sorger wrote, "It's important for any branding agency to show brand modernization techniques by example. We have transformed. We have taken the ID brand to the next level of visibility, technology, and functionality with this site."
Re-branding is the process where a company's corporate brand is updated and modernized for any number of business, marketing, or advertising reasons. Re-branding has become somewhat of a trend especially in the last decade, with some of the world's larger companies re-branding several times. The currently competitive nature of retail markets in the US makes it an advantageous process for companies willing to go through the transformation. These days, airline companies cannot remain brand-static for more than a couple years at a time and still stay in the air, while supermarkets and fast food chains continue to evolve and simplify their brands for an ever more bored and distracted public audience.
In ID International's case, it has not involved radical changes to the brand's logo or brand name, but the corporate image, marketing strategy, and advertising themes for the company have all evolved. The educational content has been increased, the technology has been evolved utilizing interesting brand and logo showcase display techniques, and the credibility of the company has been lifted further with the use of a simple and sophisticated HTML design. The new site also features a long list of testimonials.
Due to the tremendous impact that renaming and re-branding a company can have, it is critical for any branding client to be taken through the process with great sensitivity and care. The new company identity and brand should also be launched in a subtle and methodical manner in order to avoid alienating old customers, while aiming to attract new business prospects.
There is no magic formula, however, there is a methodical process which involves careful strategy, memorable visuals and personal interactions, all of which must speak in unison for a customer to place full trust and invest their emotions in what is offered.
These changes at ID have apparently been aimed to reposition of the brand and company successfully up-market, increasing the visibility for larger companies that are searching for a high-quality, significantly experienced international branding agency.

A recent study by ID International in Chico, California has summarized many differences between modern Indian Gaming Casinos and Mainstream (non-tribal) Casinos. The results determined that the differences are fundamental in how these organizations advertise and promote their commercial brands both in print and on the World Wide Web. You can visit their corporate website at identity-international.com.
Gambling, in a variety of forms, has long been an important part of American Indian culture and tradition. Today, gambling provides many tribes with revenue for essential governmental services. The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), passed by Congress in 1988, is the centerpiece of Indian gaming law today, and established three classes of regulation: Class 1: Traditional Indian gaming and social gaming for minimal prizes; Class 2: Bingo, anything related to bingo, and many non-banked card games, that is, games that are played exclusively against other players rather than against the house; and Class 3: Extremely broad, this class includes basically everything else, with each form of gambling available to the Indian Casino separately under petition and restrictions.
The IGRA tries to strike a balance between the rights of tribes to act free from state jurisdiction, and the states interest in regulating and taxing businesses within their borders. The past few months have brought up interesting controversies concerning Indian gaming regulations and tribal governments have to always be diligent about making the public understand the strict policies they have for their properties.
The success of Indian gaming often puts tribes in the position of being the largest (or one of the largest) employers in the counties they occupy. This often gives tribes greater political and economic power then the dominate society wants them to have. Tribes must learn to be able to use their new found financial and political power to their advantage.
All these social and political factors effect directly the media that Indian Gaming Casinos can and should implement to entice their customers to come on it, even in this downward economy. By producing concerts and entertainment shows like non-tribal casinos, adding the same excellent golf courses and doing charity events, all work well, and this study shows that appropriate web development and print support can go a long way to promoting the power of our American tribes.

ID International is pleased to announce today the launch of the Personal Financial Resources, LLC (PFR) corporate website at www.personalizedresource.com. The breakthrough brand focusses around their interesting and innovative new corporate logo which portrays an individual integrated into a tree; the client growing with the help of PFRs "Tree of Financial Services".
Corporate branding strategies, including the seamless integration between print and web, have proven to be highly effective in the impacted American mortgage and financial planning industry. Like many financial niche markets, the competition is fierce these days. With corporate websites, even for conservative companies, going over the top, financial planning companies must pay special attention to their corporate brands in order to survive. Alex Sorger, Web Architect from ID International said in an interview: "The financial planning industry is perhaps one of the most impacted industries weve encountered on the World Wide Web, with domains swept up across almost any corporate naming or marketing project. It makes it really tough to create a buzz in a such a busy bee hive.
The management of Personalized Financial Resources enlisted ID International to accomplish the brand development because the capability of the agency could address their goals of fully integrating print and web campaigns tomake a significant effect in their target markets. You can visit both their websites online, and feel free to tell them what you think.
In a recent web systems review at ID International, Crown Valley Solars new "Plug in the Sun" logo was selected to be displayed on the companies corporate website gallery.
Blake Reese, the companys President responded, "We are very pleased with the new logo and branding systems we are developing with ID International, and this selection for display is great. Solar energy via unobtrusive, super-efficient solar panels is the ultimate key to the current trend of green living. Going solar and being more energy efficient is the best thing that homeowners can do for themselves and the environment".
ID International is an international branding agency with bureaus in Chico, California; Milan, Paris, and most recently in Bristol, England. ID International accomplishes all form of creative graphic design and web development for their diverse corporate clients utilizing their slogan"Designing bridges, building brands", in conjunction with their mantra that corporate branding can only be successful today with a proven"seamless integration" between print and web systems.
Crown Valley Solars brand has been developed in response to energy prices climbing all over the US, alternative technologies now finally have an open door into the public marketplace through energy efficient solutions like solar power. Due to recent US administration policy of government spending reductions in alternative energy resources, the US is currently well behind many other countries in these technologies. But this trend can and will change.
California is leading the way with a record number of people switching to hybrid alternative energy vehicles, along with growing wind power, bio-diesel, and solar energy industries. Solar electric arrays will be powering electric vehicles in the near future. Phoenix Motorcars and other EV manufacturers will be rolling out production lines that will become commonplace. Mr. Reese contends, "Soon we will be supplying our houses, businesses and cars with PV power."
Many consumers are unaware that most cities in America offer significant financial rebates to those who install (PV) Photovoltaic panels, offsetting the purchase and installation. Also, on those long sunny days in Los Angeles and the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys, heart of the Crown Valley, solar energy home owners can bank/store surplus power back to the utility companies who facilitate this simple assistance with the power grid and net metering. So, solar energy panels and solar roof tiles are not an expense, but an investment.
"Its both the design and the message." stated IDs representative when called, "We voted to display the CVS brand on our website not only because the design is solid and the slogan very powerful, but the cause of solar energy just." ID Internationals CVS logo can be viewed at: www.identity-international.com/showcases_logo3.html
McQueary Fine Art (MFA) announced yesterday that their corporate website, an Online Watercolor Art Gallery, is now up and running and ready for public viewing. Award-winning watercolor artist Minnie McQueary, the artist selected to be highlighted on the preliminary launch of the Online Art Gallery, stated, "This is what MFA has been working towards these past years, to provide high-quality watercolor art to the entire world using the Internet to showcase and offer art to people everywhere."
The site features a wide variety of watercolor paintings housed within a modern Flash art gallery scroller. This public art gallery will constantly evolve and wont only display artwork. MFA will offer original paintings, giclees & prints for sale online, as well as custom and commercial commissions, enabling anyone to purchase high-end watercolor artwork or custom pieces from anywhere in the world.
Online art galleries are flourishing on the World Wide Web. As You Tube and Google further popularize visual media online for the everyday person, online art galleries enable the viewer to similarly search and tour personal and public art collections, and online, there are some amazing collections to choose from.
Despite the popularity of online art viewing, the majority of online galleries dont seem to provide methods for purchasing original art and prints directly through their websites, making distance commerce cumbersome and less effective. This trend is bound to change, and MFA says they will help lead the way. In addition, they will utilize this opportunity to promote conventional art gallery exhibitions around the country this fall with a host of their watercolor originals scheduled to be on display.
"We want everyone to not only be able to view, but to purchase art prints right on the site." said Jeff McQueary, President of McQueary Enterprises. "We want our corporate and commercial clients to know that they can acquire multiple pieces for multiple commercial sites right away. We want to support volume through quality full-sized prints, and collectors through original works and artist-signed hand-retouched giclees that are sure to increase in value over time."
MFA will continue to support a wide variety of charity events and auctions this year as well as further developing their "Artist Collectors Card Series". With over 10 years of contributions to the Easter Seals "Wine Tasting Art Show" and to "Winesong", two highly popular art auctions in the California Wine Country, as well as numerous national awards in watercolor and other media, MFA has proven their ability to provide artwork that the public wants; artwork that is guaranteed to increase in value over time, and to be passed down through generations.

Logos, logos, and more logos. ID International Senior Web Architect, Alex Sorger announced last week that ID International has added more than 100 corporate logos to their English and Italian websites through the development of their "Logo Showcase Scroller".
The logos are now featured on their Italian site with the goal of increasing sales and design development in Italy, a market that has been quite responsive to ID and other American graphic design and branding firms in recent years. San Franciscos Landor Associates asserted this shift by opening their successful Milan bureau five years ago.
One of the current trends among art galleries and websites that wish to provide slideshows online today is to utilize "scrollers" similar to what ID International have done with their online showcase. Scrollers are self-paced and interactive, allowing the public to browse artwork simply by moving the mouse remotely over the images to control the speed they with the images to flow by. Clever and sophisticated uses of graphic technology make the web interesting and fun, and is a good example of how building interactive elements into websites can encourage the customer to return, or to show to other potential clients.
In addition, and perhaps most important is artwork security. By putting artwork into a Flash scroller, it makes it impossible for anyone to right-click and copy the artwork off the site, something that Mr. Sorger is a proponent of when he added that "all logos now displayed on the ID website are not clip art, and are protected by their clients under copyright and trademark laws".
ID International is utilizing scrollers to display both their showcase gallery and logo gallery on their website, joining a large group of companies implementing this artwork display technology to provide a self-paced artwork review environment while protecting the art files from being captured. You can visit ID Internationals website at: www.identity-international.com to review this new programming technology for art.
From the Los Angeles basin, Crown Valley Solar announced today that they are ready to launch their new print and web brands, developed in conjunction with well known branding agency, ID International.
Blake Reese, the company’s senior solar consultant and project lead in the brand development, enlisted the services of ID International’s California (Chico) bureau to design and develop the print and web brand makeover, and has approved the L.A. based company’s new logo and official slogan "Plug in the Sun" for immediate public release. Their website already reflects the change. Reese states "Solar energy via unobtrusive, super-efficient solar panels is the ultimate key to the current trend of green living. Going solar and being more energy efficient is the best thing that homeowners can do for themselves and the environment".
In response, Crown Valley Solar has also added whole house and thermostatic electric "Tankless Water Heaters" to their roll call. CVS has also expanded their sponsorship roster to include solar energy and energy efficiency products from: Kyocera, Eemax, Rheem/Paloma, SMA, Unirac, and Reflectix.
With energy prices climbing all over the US, alternative technologies now finally have an open door into the public marketplace through energy efficient solutions like solar power.
Crown Valley Solar assists their customers with a free Onsite Inspection and Energy Report (energy audit) that assists CVR to determine specific energy efficient solutions for homeowners and businesses. Mr. Reese comments, "Homeowners can easily pay $100,000 to the utility companies over 30 years. With an energy efficient PV system in the home, they can leverage their electric spending and save money."
The future has never been so bright for solar energy companies like Crown Valley Solar. Now, with professional branding strategies, and as Mr. Reese states, "the right investments in the right alternatives like ID", their company is the catalyst in helping customers "plug in the sun" with solar power. www.crownvalleysolar.com - www.identity-international.com

"Your Life on Purpose" was very pleased to announce yesterday the final approved dates and preliminary lineup for their annual smash success event: "Eyes Wide Open 2007" on August 23-26, 2007. This year the event will grace Lake Tahoe with an all-inclusive array of first-class accommodations, events, speakers, workshops, performers and parties, all alongside four-star cuisine and remarkable mountain views. Cool off this summer and join the hundreds of other gay and lesbians who will occupy the majestic Resort at Squaw Creek for an experience of a lifetime.
Living your life "on purpose" is not a new concept, but there are some new companies online that are striving to make a very real modern impact in peoples lives by organizing ancient techniques of living in "the here and now", and the concepts of "oneness" among others, and twisting them with todays cultures and technologies, in order to assist people to feel strong, empowered, and ready to live a healthy happy life in todays ever-changing world.
Gay and lesbian tourism is a major trend right now in the travel industry. Events and location destinations for these groups are developing and expanding all over the world. What does it ultimately come down to? These groups know how to get together and party. They also have obvious social and sometimes mental challenges to overcome in todays straight society, so companies like "Your Life on Purpose" are stepping up to the challenge of empowerment through education, but this year, only at a first class resort in the California Sierras, an event not to be missed.
As seen in both Passport and ON Magazines, this years lineup will feature the important words of Academy Award winning actress and communicator Marlee Matlin, along with Carol Lynn Pearson, the hilarious and insightful Michael Velez and many more. Along with multimedia presentation capabilities, there will be American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting for the deaf at all Eyes Wide Open performances and events. Topics to include: The Magic of Meaning and Coincidence, Health, Organization, Get What You Want, The Art of Zen Relaxation, Finance & investing, Hypnosis, Equal Rights-Our Legal System, and others.
Other features to include: 3 nights of luxurious accommodations, gourmet all-inclusive dining, a cocktail reception and Welcome event, 2 days of workshops and speakers, 2 nights of entertainers and DJ dancing, as well as the big annual party. This year the rager is atop the mountain as guests will ride Squaw Valleys 2000 vertical foot Arial Tram up to High Camp for a fantastic and memorable extravaganza at 9000 feet above sea level.
You can visit www.yourlifeonpurpose.com today to find out more information and to book online for the gay and lesbian event of the year, Eyes Wide Open 2007.
A recent study by ID International showed that their clients did indeed prosper in 2006 with the implementation of corporate branding strategies. ID International is an international branding agency with bureaus in Chico, California; Milan, Italy; Paris, France; and most recently in Bristol, England. ID International accomplishes all form of creative graphic design and web development for their diverse corporate clients utilizing their slogan "Designing bridges, building brands", in conjunction with their mantra that corporate branding can only be successful today with a proven "seamless integration between print and web systems.
An ID International representative reported that following a comprehensive survey of their clients investment/profit ratios, taking into account the return on investment in launching a new corporate or product brand and transitioning disjointed or possibly failing companies into successfully accepted brands, their clients flourished overall in 2006.
One company in particular, Double Pride in Fremont, CA, has now expanded to Albany, CA, and not only made serious impacts in their industry of deaf communication and counseling this past year with the systematic implementation of their branded corporate website and supporting media strategies, but saw a 400% growth across the board in just these four quarters. They were reportedly able to maintain such a growth rate because they also managed growth strategies and management role transitioning with ID International, along with their brand campaigns, to accommodate the predicted success.
Another such company is Cleanrite-Buildrite, now the Northern Californias largest Cleaning and Restoration contractor. With their highly visible fleet of vehicles sporting their re-branded logos as well as their new Buildrite division brand, their rampant growth had to be thoughtfully controlled throughout 2006, a sure sign of a successful branding program.
When citing these two success stories in an article published in a local business journal this spring, Design Director Mathew Jacobs stated, "Success for ID clients the best reward we could receive. Were all in it personally for the plain creativity behind it and using art to make a corporate statement for our clients in print and web, a statement that theyre here to succeed. Thats what its all about. Double Pride and Cleanrite are truly great companies built for success and we wish to support their goals as much as we can."
ID Internationals website is in both English and Italian and can be seen at www.identity-international.com.
Butte County, California displays a startling beauty and contrast of both nature and people. Rural farms, college students and open space are the combination of things that the majority of people go there for, while the others start businesses in this, one of the fastest growing commercial areas in Northern California.
The most recent statistics show that the majority of small businesses in California open and close within two years. With local and now internet competition hitting them from all sides, as with all current national trends, most of the successful small business owners in California are profiting by implementing "branding strategies" into their business development and market planning. This is essentially the comprehensive planning and development of all print materials and web media together to be completely consistent and clean in logo, concept, and "feeling" to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Butte County has some big local brands and some big internationals side by side. While WalMart wants to build two new Supercenters there, brands like Wittmeier Autocenter, LuLus Fashion Lounge and Cleanrite-Buildrite, with their highly visible vehicle fleet, are changing the way that North State consumers views professional companies and organizations. Branding is the big trend nationwide, statewide and now locally as businesses learn the advantage of successful "brand planning".
The world famous Landor Associates started in San Francisco, and there the concepts behind branding solidified in California. There are many specialized graphic design and web design firms across Butte County, such as MC2 Design, Gregg Payne Design, and sunset.net but few specialize in comprehensive branding strategies from print through web with an appropriate agency representation for big business.
One that stands out is ID International as one of the more visible and comprehensive agencies serving the area regarding the seamless integration between branding print and web services for companies and corporations. Their website is in both English and Italian and can be visited at www.identity-international.com. With four locations worldwide in Milan, Paris, Bristol & Chico (true), ID International has a unique opportunity to bring successful modern worldwide business and branding strategies to businesses in Butte County.

Lock Lending in Redding, California released their new corporate logo and brand on their corporate web site today in conjunction with branding agency ID International (US, Italy, France, UK). The new logo emphasizes the "locked together" service structure of the company, and they now urge their potential customers to "Lock down their financial future". Among the thousands of finance logos out there Locks is definitely a well thought-through standout mark.
Corporate branding strategies, including the seamless integration between print and web, have proven to be highly effective in the impacted American mortgage industry. Like many financial niche markets, the competition is fierce these days. With corporate websites, even for conservative companies, going over the top, financial planning companies must pay special attention to their corporate brands in order to survive. Mathew Jacobs, MA from ID International said in an interview: "The financial planning industry is perhaps one of the most impacted industries weve encountered on the World Wide Web, with domains swept up across almost any corporate naming or marketing project. It makes it really tough to create a buzz in a such a busy bee hive. Thats why we love building brands, cause Lock Lendings a killer bee!"
The management of Lock Lending, an affiliate of Mortgage One, enlisted ID International to accomplish the brand makeover because the international capability of the agency could address their goal of immediate expansion to over eight locations across California within the next two years, with future plans including overseas expansion. "The international capability of ID has proven quite effective as the new brand is clean, the new logo is very professional, and will do well in our highly competitive industry of Mortgage and Financial Planning." stated Vince McPhail, President of Lock Lending. "Its good that we are growing and expanding because our services are unique. We personalize everything for our clients and were 100% trustworthy. Thats why Lock is the better choice".
Californias tourism industry is as important as ever. Without 100% of the anticipated revenue received from visitors, some California Counties have to regularly slim down in a delicate balance between the county budget and services to keep everything running smoothly.
A recent study performed by ID International in Chico, California (Milan, Paris, Bristol) offers that California Counties are simply not taking advantage of modern Branding strategies to maximize both budget and return on investment in relation to tourism.
In addition to county tourism, Clean Air and Water Districts, Sheriff Departments, Health Departments, and other county agencies rely heavily on printed brochures and websites to impart very important health, safety and legal information to the public. Alarmingly, the ID International study revealed that California Counties are well behind the national average in both availability and quality of information provided. In addition, California County websites regularly display outdated information, and are typically designed with the information not the tourist in mind.
The study results also established that many California Counties could easily double or triple visitors to their county with just the vary most basic principles of modern branding strategies applied to the most visited regions or cities, or to the county as a whole. Its just not enough anymore to put the information there it has to be presented in a way that competes with other vacation destinations.
Got Milk? Got Mendocino? Just do it? or Just Do Shasta County?
Memorable imagery and slogans, an updated county seal, and the seamless integration between these and the World Wide Web through a modern and attractive website are critical components for a successful county budget as we enter this golden age of technology. ID International says that given appropriate modern media, county resources and agencies have never been so easy to access, information has never been easier to distribute, and California Counties could easily maximize these investment opportunities through modern branding.
You can visit ID International at www.identity-international.com, and if youre ever in doubt that California isnt one of the most beautiful places on earth, visit sometime soon. If you live there, your local counties have so much to offer, just open your door and step outside.
Branding agency ID International announced yesterday the launch of an Italian version of their corporate web site in an effort to bolster their international presence in the Italian branding markets (www.identity-international.com).
ID International has been in operation for six years, with presences in four countries, promoting the seamless brand integration between print and web design for their international clients.
The Internet provides a perfect medium for companies like ID International to reach beyond the borders to do business in todays worldwide digital idea marketplace. Most all major international companies provide multi-lingual access to their web advertising strategies first, to simply make web commerce possible, but it goes beyond that. Even though English plays a more than significant role in international business communication today, many businesses prefer to insure the cultural identity concepts in their brands by working with companies that have native speakers and translators on staff for their media needs.
This makes good business sense, and branding companies like ID International, who have the international presence as well as native speakers for many European countries, are in a perfect position to take advantage of multi-lingual web marketing strategies. Perhaps even more so with Eastern countries who have not only different languages but different alphabets.
As video communication technologies continue to be more prevalent and easily accessible, multi-lingual web communication could very well go video, time will tell.
In order to test a revolutionary new form of web evaluation system, the partners of ID International are challenging ALL THE BUSINESS WORLD to visit their corporate web site.
From the moment a visitor arrives on the ID International web site until they leave, a new resolution of statistical information is now available to evaluators. Following a successful pilot test of the newly added system, ID International intends to provide the evaluation programming and coding gratis to all current and future branding customers, as well as making a package version of the system avaliable to all on the internet free of charge.
Evaluation techniques on the World Wide Web have evolved well beyond the simple hit counter in the corner of the screen. ID’s web evaluators, while not being able (or willing) to capture e-mail addresses, URL addresses, or any other information that may compromise the confidentiality of anyone’s personal information, continue to code for reliable statistical information that can tell a company how they are doing in detail whether or not anyone actually contacts them through a web site. Today, web evaluators are able to collect data on unique visits and visitors, countries where they come from, what type of search was used to find it, and even what time of the day a visitor comes to a web site. This information combined with sales and branding trends can support an Evaluation system of high reliability.
So if you care to be a part of a revolutionary Evaluation Pilot Test visit ID International’s web site and check it out. They won’t know who you are, but your visit alone will add to the data needed to get this type of Evaluation system out on the web for every business to use.
In an interview conducted on January 28, the partners of ID International announced interesting study results regarding the California wine industry. The recent studies mainly concern organics and sustainable grape farming practices, marketing and sales surveying, as well as current varietal trends in retail sales and inventory across California.
The interview, conducted at ID International’s Chico, California office revealed some interesting statistical results about the California wine industry. Currently growing approximately 20% annually, organics in wine is continuing to make a significant impact in California wine and grape markets. Blends are also on the rise. More blend and combination brand releases implies that consumers are "lightening up on the security of one grape, and are perhaps relying more on taste and label design to decide which wines to buy. New blends are also opening the wine industry up to smaller boutique wineries, giving them a window through which to compete more effectively.
Other results indicate that foreign imports are indeed challenging California wineries to keep up with the onslaught of new brands, with Australian wines leading the list as one of the strongest regions that California wineries must contend with on the shelves.
ID International is a branding agency, developing both print and web systems to build brands worldwide. You can review ID International’s web site at: www.identity-international.com
San Francisco, California, USA - Recent studies by ID International in Chico, California show consistent upward trends in brands of organic wines across California, both in numbers of new brand releases, and in popularity of organic brands with consumers.
Environmentally sound growing practices are nothing new to an industry so dependent upon the quality of the land, and the statistics show organic wine barnds are in an industry currently growing 20% on average a year, over the past four years. As an example, Fetzer Vineyards in Hopland, California continutes to set the standards in fully-sustainable organic farming practices, and the result is one of the most pleasant and consistent organic wine selection available in the wine growing regions of California.
In an interview with the partners of ID regarding the recent organic wine studies, Web Architect Alex Sorger said: "We are currently seeing the World Wide Web as being more significant to the organic wine industry here in California, as the really successful brands are utilizing the best nature of the Web; that of imparting information about organic wines and sustainable practices in a really positive light…and when done right, the Web can assist in building organic brands with higher effectiveness than brands that, by their nature, have no real information to impart more than advertising.
ID International’s Design Director Mathew Jacobs then stated: "We’re also seeing that the growing popularity of organic wines here in California is growing across other related regional food industries as well such as olive oil, breads, cheeses, and even beer. ID is ready to assist any of these industries with our brand design and idea development capabilities."
They both then encouraged all to visit their site to find out more. ID International is a branding agency, developing both print and web systems to build brands of high effectiveness worldwide. You can currently review ID International’s web site at: www.identity-international.com
As organic wine brands get more popular here in California, only time will tell if the worldwide wine markets follow the current local trends here in the Western USA.
California, USA - Design Director Mathew Jacobs announced today that ID International is pleased to add over 100 logos from ID’s client base, displaying logos spanning many years of brand development projects. "These logos," Jacobs said, "should show the world that ID International is up-and-coming among the nation’s premier identity and branding agencies through this large showcase display on our corporate web site."
Displaying logos on the internet can be risky business if not displayed responsibly. Brand theft is a real issue in today’s media-saturated world. In response, companies such as ID International utilize a wide variety of strategies to make it difficult for anyone to copy or "capture" any of the logos presented on the World Wide Web. ID uses their trademarked "Logo Scroller" to keep the logos moving on screen, while a smaller display size provides insufficient resolution to be used by others. Disclaiming the logos as "not clip art" while listing the very real international legal implications of using the logos digitally is another technique practiced also by other design companies and agencies across the Web.
The logos cover many major international industries including wineries, hotels, banks, energy providers, real estate, electronics, wireless communications, construction, publishing, and food industries. The logos have been added to ID’s existing Brand Showcase which displays the branding systems for mixed catalog of a dozen clients.
To back up Jacobs’ bid to list ID International as one of the rising identity and branding agencies in the USA, included in the extensive Partial Client List on ID International’s web site are companies such as: EFI Fiery, Precision Wireless, San Francisco Giants, Montessori Schools, Tehama Bancorp, Visa USA, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Round Table Pizza, American Lung Association, Novo Nordisk, Tamarack Trails Camps, Century 21, Fetzer Vineyards, and Galoob Toys.
Time will tell how well the current marketing trends in branding strategies feed ID’s fire. The public can review the new logo presentation on ID International’s corporate web site at: www.identity-international.com
Chico Creek Dance Centre (CCDC), Northern California’s premier dance and ballet center, announced today the commencement of their web system with Web Architect Alex Sorger from the California-based branding agency ID International.
CCDC offers a comprehensive selection of dance classes from ballet to jazz, from ballroom dancing to hip hop. Also the permanent home of the Chico Ballet, they have been offering dance in all it’s forms for multiple generations. For the new millenium, CCDC evolved significantly through a comprehensive brand makeover in 2000, also with ID International, developing an attractive logo and system across all CCDC print media.
ID International’s Web Architect Alex Sorger is known as one of the pioneers of "third-generation" web design techniques, utilizing metaphor and an inside-out development model as opposed to a standard front-to-back web site construction. Chico Creek Dance Center selected Sorger to accomplish their web system to maximize their web marketing through the unique navigation capability a "third-generation" style can offer.
The public can currently review CCDC’s logo and brand on ID International’s web site in their Showcase section at: www.identity-international.com

Why are U.S. State and County Agency websites so boring? Tourism is so important for all government agencies, and yet "...they (government agencies) seem to miss the appealing nature available to them across the board when trying to show the public what they have to offer to visitors on the World Wide Web", says ID International, a branding agency in California.
Does anybody these days book a vacation to the Caribbean without seeing a beautiful picture of their beach and bungalow first? The answer is no, regardless of how old you are, or whether you own a computer or not. Why should our government websites be any different in public tourist appeal? They shouldnt.
Also, our U.S. government and county websites regularly display only English, without any other languages available for the public. This lack of capability alone could be pushing a large percentage of foreign visitors towards private companies, resorts and the like, rather than directly to the U.S. tourist regions they are interested in.
ID International (www.identity-international.com) recently performed a study revealing that the majority of our government web sites could attract significantly more visitors annually with the implementation of simple modern branding practices to "seamlessly integrate print and web", maximizing the county and state website attractiveness beyond just a plain resource for information.
Speaking of information, when was the last time you checked out the information your own county has to offer on public health or safety? ID Internationals study implies probably never, the information isnt ever pretty enough. They agree at ID with the general American public that our government and county websites need to be more modern and more appealing to compete successfully in todays competitive tourism markets. Meanwhile, this reporter still has yet to say "Wow" about any government website he has ever been to. Mathew Jacobs, Brand Analyst.

Communication Concepts International (CCI) announced at an industry function yesterday that they will be launching their new brand for the new year. President Benjamin Tillery started his keynote speach by thanking ID International, CCI’s branding agency. He stated: " Their (ID’s) dedication to unconditional success, is surpassed only by their knowledge of targeting specific service markets, and by their superior quality graphic and web design capability." At the same event, Marketing Manager Dirk Wohlau described CCI’s new logo as, "a standout mark that is sure to become as mainstream as any in the industry, with documented prestige and international recognition value." You can visit ID International at: www.identity-international.com.
CCI has more high hopes for the international recognition of their brand system so they are beginning the development process of a large corporate market position campaign, also with the assistance of ID International, with the intent of creating a niche in the European printing and publishing industries to allow CCI to produce mainstream periodicals and publications in other languages and with brand designs that will cater to the design and media styles appropriate for the large variety of selected foreign ethnicities and cultures.
In Northern California, the printing and publishing industries are becoming more competitive than ever with the newest direct-to-plate printing technologies sweeping the industry nationwide, With the repeated mention of ID International, CCI has reportedly been able to find a significant niche in perodical and mainstream press publications locally, now supporting a wide range of high-end companies and organizations. Chico, CA - Chico Creek Dance Centre (CCDC) reports contunued successes today with their innovative logo and brand identity created by ID International, especially on t-shirts. Their modern looking and attractive logo displays a modern looking dancer leaping over a river in a very stylized manner that is attracting everyone who sees it. It is especially popular with the dancers who put it on everything, as well as with Northern California periodical readers, due to the aggressive campaign CCDC launched showcasing the attractive mark, building it into a fixture in all the popular public magazines.
With five years of the logo working for them, CCDC, the eternal home of the Chico Ballet, has seen significant successful results in both growth and in dance program capability. They have the logo on t-shirts, on the calendars, flyers, print advertising, invitations, as well as their business system with business card, letterhead, and envelopes. Without having a recognizable brand before the logo release, CCDC was noticibly effected by waves of popularity and a potentially waning public confidence. Now CCDC is the center for young Chico dancers city-wide, and is looked to as the one studio in the North State truly capable of turning out professional dancers in almost every field.
Currently, their much needed facility expansion will slightly delay the completion of their upcomming web system, but as Debbie Jouritsma, Marketing Director says, "We only have two arms ond one brain each. ID makes the creative part easy, it’s my dance job that’s tough!"
CCDC would like to encourage the general public to review Chico Creek Dance Center’s logo on ID International’s web site in their Logo Showcase at www.identity-international.com today, and invite everyone to keep an eye out for CCDC’s corporate web page coming soon.

With the logo, the posters, the programs, business system, and tickets all unified, our event launched with credibility we didnt predict, and in upcoming years, this event is sure to be our most successful fundraiser. ID will be assisting us with unifying and updating our corporate web system in the near future as well. You can visit ID Internationals very interesting website to see our "Holiday Bash" logo in their logo showcase.
We would also like to acknowledge Visual Identity, Printed Media in Ukiah for their generous donation of all the printing for this event. The excellent and on-time service provided by VI, in addition to the high quality printing really made us as an organization look as professional as we feel, benefiting the children for years to come. VI printed posters, tickets, programs, flyers, letterhead and envelopes for the event, all brand consistent. VI has been serving the wine country areas of California for over 20 years and their experience shone throughout these projects by keeping the, at times difficult, committee on task and motivated, while handling all the details themselves without our effort.
In Ukiah, we strive to bring the highest quality education to our young people. The Montessori School System is unique in it’s superior quality hands-on and phonetic education, and so now is the way we approach all of our fundraising and advertising. We have learned a lot from ID and VI in regards to seeing "the Big Picture" and in the importance of planning all management roles and information sources up front to insure a successful and profitable creative project.
We both thank and recommend ID International for creative branding services in both print and web, and Visual Identity for quality printing.
Albany, California - Double Pride in Albany and San Bruno California announced today the launch of the Double Pride brand and logo system by ID International. Double Pride (DP) is a unique and comprehensive company serving the needs of Americas deaf and intercultural heritage. Among the services DP offers: counseling, public speaking, teambuilding, business consulting, training, and education, the message is always that "knowledge is power, unity is strength."
The Deaf Culture in the United States is a group with very specific cultural and communication needs. Most deaf are non-speaking as well, because for the deaf that have never heard speech, it is close to impossible to develop it in themselves. This creates a wide variety of cultural and psychological barriers. The U.S. has its own form of Sign Language called "American Sign Language" or (ASL), and surprisingly to some Americans, not all deaf worldwide use this language. Deaf in England and deaf in France basically cannot communicate with deaf in the U.S., dividing one of the worlds first potential worldwide cultural communities with language.
In response, DP has implemented a unique web system at www.doublepride.com, and has released a wide variety of print collateral developed specifically to build brand power, with the goal of building DP to be one of the most influential cross-cultural communication companies in the world today.
DP accomplished this brand release with the help of ID International from Chico, California (Milan, Paris, and Bristol). ID International is a branding agency specializing in seamlessly integrating print and web, and according to DP, the agency relationship with ID International will be strengthened to maximize marketing successes as well as return on investment for the for-seeable future. Double Pride reports that the ID International proved essential in their successful logo development and brand release today.

The Chrysalis logo, a colorful butterfly, has reportedly spurred significant growth this past year, and the company is showing it by planning two more locations to be opened by the end of 2005, making a total of four locations available to serve the spa and relaxation needs of their clients.
Beaches seem to be the key to Chrysalis’s success as all their locations are beachfront with the concentration placed on unique outdoor spa facilities within reach of the sounds of the waves. "It’s like a spa turned inside-out" stated marketing manager Francesca Bianchi, "We schedule all client massage appointments simultaneously each hour, resulting in large groups all being massaged in silence on the sand under canopies made of woven fabrics." Chrysalis Spa clients have more than that to look forward to with beachfront outdoor mud baths and shower facilities, Chrysalis clients take total advantage of the scenic locations.
Accomplished by Senior Web Architect Alex Sorger, Chrysalis Spa Resort’s new web site takes advantage of ID International’s "Third Generation Web Design" approach, utilizing metaphor and a front to back web development methodology.
